Benidorm Skatepark is an 830 m² concrete skatepark located in Parque de la Séquia Mare in Benidorm, Alicante. The facility was built by CopinRamps and developed with input from local skaters. The public skatepark opened in 2017. The park is divided into two main areas. The street section uses a compact back-and-forth layout with banks, quarters, a funbox, manual pad, ledges and rails. A separate bowl sits alongside it, featuring a distinctive clover-like shape and pool coping. The combination of street and transition terrain gives Benidorm Skatepark considerably more variety than its relatively compact footprint might suggest. The street section offers approachable lines and technical obstacles, while the bowl provides more demanding transition skating.
The park was developed following years of requests from Benidorm's local skating community. Local riders were consulted during the design process, helping shape a facility intended specifically around the needs of the city's skateboarders and other wheeled-sports users.
