Barajas Pumptrack is part of the Bike Park BMX in the Timón neighbourhood of Madrid’s Barajas district. Located on Calle del Mistral, the facility features a dedicated BMX pumptrack alongside BMX and dirt-jump areas. The entire bike park was comprehensively renovated by the Madrid City Council, with the new layout, full paving, drainage, lighting and other improvements officially inaugurated in March 2026 after an investment of more than €330,000. The renovation was executed by Overlay Projects.
The renovated pumptrack has sections aimed at different ability levels, from beginners through to more experienced riders, and was selected to host the first Madrid Pumptrack Championship in March 2026. The original pumptrack was already planned as a municipal facility in 2022, with the renovation works subsequently transforming the site into one of Madrid's more modern bike parks.
After riding, you can explore nearby El Capricho Park, one of Madrid’s most beautiful historic gardens, or head into central Madrid to visit the Prado Museum and explore the city’s famous streets and plazas.
