The skatepark in Azul is situated within Plaza Carlos Gardel, located on Avenida Bartolomé Mitre Oeste (between Calle 1° de Mayo and Calle Rivas), in the city of Azul, Buenos Aires Province (B7300). Commonly known as the Skatepark de Azul or the Barrio Güemes Skatepark, this facility is a central hub for the local action sports community. It features a concrete layout designed for both skateboarding and BMX, including several high ramps, quarters, and central obstacles that allow for continuous flow.
The park is frequently used for local competitions and is home to a municipal school for Skate and BMX. Because it is located within a public plaza, it is an open-air, free-access space. It is also conveniently positioned near other recreational areas in the city, such as the Costanera Cacique Catriel, making it a popular destination for both local riders and those visiting from nearby cities like Olavarría and Tandil.
