Nonprofit Association in the Algarve
The WallRide Skate School focuses on safely teaching skateboarding and its culture at all levels, through skate lessons in the Algarve, from 5 years old onwards. The WallRide Skate School is inserted in the context of the nonprofit Association WallRide, as one of its most important departments. From the physical and social rehabilitation of Faro’s skatepark (and the Algarve in general), to incentivising local and regional initiatives, as well as providing material and monetary support to underprivileged sections of society; WallRide works hard to implement strategies capable of positively affecting the greatest amount of lives possible, on and off the board. The Association’s seven departments attempt to reflect the sports, social, infrastructural, and economic challenges transversal to society as a whole.
